JUSTIN Timberlake has been released after his arrest last night in New York.

The singer was arrested just after midnight in Long Island.

He has been charged with one count of driving while intoxicated, police said. He’s also being cited for running a stop sign and failing to stay in his lane.

He was arraigned and released without bail this morning, according to TMZ.

The outlet reports that after being pulled over, Justin failed the field sobriety test when asked to stand on one leg, walk, and turn.

    “They look for people who are leaving after midnight who might have been drinking.
